INGREDIENTS
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 3/4 pack (6 oz.) Velveeta cheese, 1" cubes
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 sm. pkg. spaghetti
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
First of all boil and shred chicken. And then cook spaghetti and drain. Saute onions and peppers. Add tomatoes and soup. Bring to a boil and then simmer while cheese cubes melt. Add spaghetti and chicken to sauce. Stir well and serve. Nice taste ! The Mexican style chicken spaghetti is ready ! Enjoy it !

CHICKEN SPAGHETTI INGREDIENTS
  • 4 boneless chicken breast
  • 8oz Velveeta
  • 1 can Rotel
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom
  • 1 package spaghetti
  • milk
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic

CHICKEN SPAGHETTI RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS
First of all boil chicken (Cooks Note: for more tender chicken, don't boil; simmer slowly over low heat instead). And then drain broth into a bowl and reserve.

Next is to boil spaghetti according to package directions.Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.

Combine: chicken, spaghetti, Cream of Mushroom, Rotel (not the whole can), salt, pepper, garlic.
Melt Velveeta in microwave. Stir in milk, just enough to make it as creamy as desired.
Combine Velveeta with remaining ingredients, season to taste and serve. Great taste of chicken spaghetti ! Enjoy it !

Chicken Spaghetti Recipe Ingredients:

* 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
* 1 lb. Angel hair pasta
* 1 can Cambell's Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
* 1 lb. Mexican or regular Velveeta Cheese
* 1 can Rotel tomatoes (tomatoes with green chiles)

Chicken Spaghetti Recipe Instructions :
Boil chicken breasts in large pan adding a pinch of salt to water. Remove chicken when completely done. Boil noodles in remaining broth, drain after done. Cut chicken into small, bite-sized pieces. Cut cheese into small chunks and melt in sauce pan. Combine in large pan: chicken, noodles, cheese, soups, and Rotel. Mix well and serve. Hmm.nice chicken spaghetti...enjoy this !

Another great chicken spaghetti recipe to try...spiced chicken spaghetti from Shan.

Chicken Spaghetti Ingredients:

* 1 (about 3 to 4 pounds) stewing chicken (cut up)
* 1 medium chopped onion
* cooking oil
* salt to taste
* 1/4 tsp turmeric
* 1/2 tsp curry powder
* 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (or to taste)
* 1/4 tsp cinnamon
* 6 oz tomato paste
* 1 can (15 ounces) drained chick peas
* 1 1b cooked and drained spaghetti or any other type of pasta
* 3 medium onions cut in 1/2 and sliced thin
* 2 bell peppers, sliced

Chicken Spaghetti Recipe Instructions:
Sauté 1 chopped onion and chicken in stock pot. Add spices and continue cooking until any liquid evaporates and the chicken almost sticks to the pot. Add the tomato paste and stir around for a minute. Add chick peas and two cups water and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer about 30 minutes. When chicken is about 20 minutes from done add the sliced onions and peppers to the sauce and bring back to a simmer. (cook your pasta now) When the onions and peppers are cooked, pour liquid over pasta and stir. Spoon onions, peppers and chick peas over top of the pasta and arrange the chicken on top. This tasty chicken spaghetti is ready to serve...nice taste !
